Information clause

1. The administrator of your personal data is Kancelaria Adwokacka Bartosz Mleczak (hereinafter referred to as “Kancelaria”, “Legal Office”), Podgórze 8/1, 61-749 Poznań, mail: kancelaria@mleczak.com.pl.
2. Kancelaria has not appointed the Data Protection Officer (IOD)
3. Personal data provided by you will be processed solely for the purpose of participation in the recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement, for contact with persons providing references, and possibly for the purpose of participation in future recruitment processes, and the processing will take place on the basis of voluntarily and knowingly expressed consent(Article 6 sec. 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46 /EC (general regulation on data protection).
4. Your personal data, unless your consent for the processing of personal data is revoked before the end of the recruitment process, will be deleted after completing. Your personal data will not be deleted should you expressly and voluntarly agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment. If you send your CV to the following email address: kancelaria@mleczak.com.pl available on the website www.mleczak.com.pl in the period when Kancelaria does not conduct recruitment on the basis of separately published job advertisements, the data will be stored for a period of 12 months from receipt of your CV, unless your consent to the processing of your personal data is revoked by the end of this period.
5. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify them, also the right to transfer these data, and if these data were processed unlawfully or are no longer necessary in connection with the recruitment procedure, the right to request their removal or processing restrictions. You have the right to demand the restriction of processing of this data, should the personal data be questioned as inaccurate.
6. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body.
7. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to take part in the recruitment process. Lack of consent to the processing of personal data excludes the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.
8. You have the right to withdraw consent for processing of personal data provided for the purpose of proper implementation of recruitment process at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that took place on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9. The recipients of personal data are: employees and co-operators of the personal data administrator, entities to which the personal data administrator entrusted the processing of personal data, including entities handling teleinformation systems, accounting.
10. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision making and will not be used for profiling.
